-  1 cup beets chopped

- 1/4 cup edamame

- 1 radish in slices

- 2 tbsp parsley

- Arugula

 

DRESSING: 

- 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin

- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

-1/2 tbsp mustard seed

- 1 lime juice

- Pinch of salt and pepper

- Sesame seeds

- 1 stevia
