Butter Tart Slice

Base
1/2 cup margarine
2 tbsp. icing sugar
1 1/2 cup NorQuin quinoa flour

Cream butter and sugar, add norquin flour. Pat in 8" x 8" pan. Bake at 350 F for 5 minutes.


Filling
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp vinegar
1 cup raisins
1/4 cup butter or margarine (melted)
 

Mix together and pour over base. Bake at 350 F for 30 to 40 minutes until set.
