Basmati Rice Salad

1 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 1/2 cup Basmati rice
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 cloves mashed garlic
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup soya sauce
1 cup cooked peas

Mix all the above ingredients together. Store in fridge. Serve chilled and enjoy.
