Basmati Rice Salad
| 1 cup cooked quinoa |
| 1/2 cup sesame seeds |
| 1 1/2 cup Basmati rice |
| 1/4 cup lemon juice |
| 4 cloves mashed garlic |
| 1/2 cup sunflower seeds |
| 1/2 cup shredded carrots |
| 1/2 cup oil |
| 1/4 cup soya sauce |
| 1 cup cooked peas |
Mix all the above ingredients together. Store in fridge. Serve chilled and enjoy.
