Butter Tart Slice
| Base |
| 1/2 cup margarine |
| 2 tbsp. icing sugar |
| 1 1/2 cup quinoa flour |
Cream butter and sugar, add flour. Pat in 8" x 8" pan. Bake at 350 F for 5 minutes.
| Filling |
| 1 1/2 cups brown sugar |
| 2 eggs, beaten |
| 1 tsp vanilla |
| 1 tbsp vinegar |
| 1 cup raisins |
| 1/4 cup butter or margarine (melted) |
Mix together and pour over base. Bake at 350 F for 30 to 40 minutes until set.
