Sunflower Crackers

1 cup cracked wheat flour
1/4 Quinoa flour
1/4 Buckwheat flour
1/4 wheat germ
1/4 ground flax
1/2 tsp salt
approx. 6 tbsp sunflower seeds (blend seeds in food processor or small coffee grinder)
approx. 6-8 tbsp olive oil
approx. 10-12 tbsp water

Combine the first 7 ingredients, add oil and water adding first enough to form a soft dough. Knead and roll on floured surface to approximately inch thickness. Cut with cookie cutter or glass tumbler. Bake for 10 minutes. You may prick with a fork before baking.
