Sunflower Crackers
| 1 cup cracked wheat flour |
| 1/4 Quinoa flour |
| 1/4 Buckwheat flour |
| 1/4 wheat germ |
| 1/4 ground flax |
| 1/2 tsp salt |
| approx. 6 tbsp sunflower seeds (blend seeds in food processor or small coffee grinder) |
| approx. 6-8 tbsp olive oil |
| approx. 10-12 tbsp water |
Combine the first 7 ingredients, add oil and water adding first enough to form a soft dough. Knead and roll on floured surface to approximately inch thickness. Cut with cookie cutter or glass tumbler. Bake for 10 minutes. You may prick with a fork before baking.
