Wendy's Dressing

1 cup cooked Quinoa
1 chopped onion
2 chopped celery ribs
chopped garlic (to taste)
2 tbsp limejuice

Saute onions, celery, garlic and mix in cooked Quinoa. Heat and serve or use to stuff turkey. Optional: add 1 tsp rosemary, mint or other herbs to taste.
