Quinoa Salad
Dressing
| 4 cloves garlic, minced |
| 1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
| 1/4 cup canola oil |
| salt and pepper to taste |
| 1/4 cup water |
| 1 tsp. basil |
| juice of 1 lemon |
Salad Ingredients
| 4 cups cooked Norquin Quinoa, cooled |
| 1 cup grated carrots |
| 1/2 cup green onions |
| 1/2 cup chopped celery |
| 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms |
| 1/4 cup sunflower seeds |
| 1/4 cup silvered almonds |
| 3 Tbsp. sesame seeds |
Combine dressing ingredients, let stand at least 10 minutes.
Stir Quinoa, vegetables and seed. Toss with dressing and serve.
