Quinoa - Basic Recipe
| 1 cup Norquin Brand Quinoa |
| 1 cup boiling water |
Place Quinoa in a 1 1/2 quart saucepan of boiling water. Bring to a boil and simmer 8-10 minutes. cook until all of the water is absorbed. Add more boiling water if necessary to ensure Quinoa does not boil dry. Fluff the cooked Quinoa with a fork and serve with butter, soya sauce or use in recipes calling for cooked Quinoa. Increase the amount of water to use as a breakfast cereal, if a thicker consistency is desired.
