How do I go through the pages on your site?

As shown in the picture on the left, on the top of the site below our header there is a grey toolbar. Click on one of the words on the toolbar to go to a page represented by that category.

The page is also scattered with words or phrases called links that look like this, clicking on a link will take you to a new page.


How do I view your recipes?

Use the toolbar to get to the recipes page. You will see a drop down menu that looks like the picture above. Click the . You can now see the full selection of recipes similar to the image below
Scroll through the menu and click on a title and the recipe will appear on the bottom of your screen.


How do I add products to my cart?

As shown to the left, enter the amount of the product you wish to buy (eg. 3) in the white field next to then click . Now the Amount in Cart field will display "3" as shown in the image below.

remember to go to checkout (these buttons are below each product in the store) When you have finished shopping


When I click update the amount in cart still is 0

This problem happens when your browser is not set to accept cookies. Check to make sure that cookies are turned on and try again.

This problem also occur in some browsers when you visit the site through a mirror such as quinoa.com, or www.quinoa.ca. make sure that the location bar in your browser contains www.quinoa.com (the www. must be included http://quinoa.com will not work)


How do I view the items in my Cart?

At any time click located below all products in the store. From there you can finish your order or go back from there to continue shopping


How do I remove items during checkout?

If you decide you do not want one of the products in your cart when you are on the checkout page simply place a zero in the changable field and press the update button and the item will be removed. You can also use the update to change the amount of units for the item in your order.


Where do I enter my credit card information?

We do not take your credit card number directly through the site yet for security reasons. After you submit your order we will send you a confirmation email and our toll free number where you can give us your credit card information when it is convenient for you.

We are in the process of getting a secure site so that we may take your credit card information online.
